The IDC-200D-24 is a DC/DC converter that converts a DC voltage from 110V to 24V DC voltage and can supply a direct current of up to 7.5A.

If the IDC-200D-24 is set to a safe charging voltage it serves perfectly as a constant voltage charger (IU charging characteristic). The faston terminals make it easy to connect this converter.

Description

Converter from 110 to 24 Volt

The 200W converter has a wide input range of 60V – 120V DC. The output voltage is internally adjustable between 21V – 29V DC on the back, which makes the converter suitable for many purposes. By default, the voltage is set to 24.5V.

The converter is short-circuit proof and protected against overloading, overvoltage and overheating. If this occurs, the converter will switch itself off. When the situation returns to normal, the converter switches back on.

This 24V converter also provides a galvanic separation between the input and output.

Applications

Converters are applied in situations where a DC voltage of a certain value needs to be brought to a higher or lower value. It can also be used to turn an unstable voltage into a fixed stable voltage or to create a galvanic separation.
